IBI Taq HotStart No Dye 2X Master Mix is a premixed solution that suppresses enzymatic activity at room temperature. The master mix contains IBI Taq HotStart DNA Polymerase, a chemically modified enzyme with a near full recovery of the 5’ → 3’ polymerase and exonuclease activities following a 2-minute initial denaturation period.
IBI Taq HotStart No Dye 2X Master Mix contains no loading dyes or density agent and is available for sequencing applications.
