Eurogentec Takyon™ SYBR® 2X qPCR Mastermix Blue, 7.5 ml, No ROX

Takyon™ No ROX SYBR® 2X MasterMix dTTP Blue is a convenient, optimized mixture of premeasured ingredients in a ready-to-use format for the performance of real-time PCR detection of universal DNA targets using the fluorescent intercalating dye SYBR® Green I. Obtain consistent and sensitive results under Fast or regular cycling conditions. MasterMix is formulated with a chemically modified hot-start 3rd generation Phusion DNA polymerase that is activated in just three minutes at 95°C. Incorporates an inert Blue dye for MasterMix dispensing verification. Refer to Technical Data Sheet for kit components and cycling conditions. Suitable for all platforms that do not require a passive reference dye, including Agilent AriaMx, Bio-Rad CFX96™ & CFX384™, DNA Engine Opticon® 1 & 2 , Chromo4™ & MiniOpticon™, Cepheid SmartCycler® 1 & 2, Eppendorf MasterCycler®, Roche LC96 & LC480, Rotor-Gene® 2000, 3000, 6000 & Q, Stratagene Mx4000, Mx3000P & Mx3005P, Swift™ Spectrum and Techne Quantica®. Can be combined with Takyon™ One-Step Kit Converter to turn MasterMix into a one-step qRT-PCR formulation.
